The course.
New for 2026, the race is a single loop that starts and finishes at the Buffalo Convention Center. The start is on Franklin Street between West Huron and West Chippewa, and the finish is at Franklin and West Eagle. The second half keeps the traditional run down Delaware Avenue. Water is handed out only at the finish and inside the convention center, not along the course.
